Relevance must be at least 70%, quality at least 40%, and spam probability no more than 30%. Blocking risk flags exclude a post before distribution. Model uncertainty does not block a post that meets these checks.
Quotes and replies are evaluated on the author’s own contribution. Reposts, copied templates, manipulation instructions and guaranteed-return claims are not eligible. The same ticker alone does not identify the project.

The three best unique eligible publications per author contribute to the cycle score. Followers are frozen in the contribution snapshot. These weights affect contribution scores; In Claim Rewards, the operator chooses $5 or $30 for each eligible post; these weights do not set the payout amount.
Jev Score rubrics are normalized from levels 0–4 to 0–1. Noul is a probability, while Choice has a separate confidence field. Eligibility is determined automatically from the published thresholds and blocking flags. Model judgments are cached with their input, policy and model versions; repeated model calls need not be identical.
Each eligible post can receive $5 or $30 USD, chosen by the operator. Connect your X account in Claim Rewards, choose a crypto wallet or XMoney and request a payment for that post. Crypto payouts use the wallet and network saved with the request; XMoney payouts use your connected X account. For crypto, the operator confirms a quote in Telegram. Uniswap exchanges ETH and delivers the approved 5 or 30 USDG to the saved recipient in one transaction on Robinhood Chain. A successful canonical receipt with the matching transfer changes Pending to Claimed and updates payment statistics. XMoney payments are sent manually and marked as sent by the operator.
Reward pool shows the estimated USD value of native ETH in the configured dev wallet. The balance is read every two seconds; the ETH/USD price is refreshed once a minute. Tokens and unclaimed fees are not included. Card payments are separate from the wallet balance.
Each publication keeps the source cycle determined by its X creation timestamp. A finalized snapshot is immutable. An eligible post discovered later can join a later calculation, identified with its original cycle, only if the original author still has an unused slot in the three-post limit. Used publications cannot earn twice.
Incomplete pagination prevents finalization. The grace period defaults to 90 seconds. Indexing does not guarantee coverage of every publication on X.
