What “ready” means
A successful operation has been recorded for that component. A configured API key alone does not establish network support, recipient eligibility or settlement capability.
When data is delayed
Incomplete search windows retain their cursor. Scoring failures leave posts pending. If a wallet read fails, the last known balance stays visible and is marked as stale.
