Programme terms
Operator review required before public participation opens.
Shill records contribution scores, confirmed crypto rewards and manually reported payments. It does not insure funds, guarantee token safety, promise investment returns or represent an audited system.
Participation and disclosure
Authors must clearly disclose the possibility of receiving rewards when discussing the project. Participation cannot involve coordinated spam, artificial engagement, false partnerships or guaranteed-return claims. Jurisdiction eligibility and the payment provider’s requirements must be satisfied before payouts.
Scoring and rewards
The published methodology governs eligibility and distribution. An AI assessment can be uncertain or wrong. Each assessment can be inspected alongside its source publication. Constructive criticism is not a reason to seize confirmed rewards. Each eligible post can request a $5–30 USD reward; the operator chooses $5 or $30. Crypto payment records use transaction receipts; manual payment records reflect transfers reported by the operator.
Payment access
The operator approves each crypto payment in Telegram. Shill signs the approved ETH-to-USDG swap and sends the approved 5 or 30 USDG to the request’s fixed wallet. XMoney payments are made separately and recorded by the operator. No payment date is promised. Third-party names describe potential integrations and do not imply a partnership.
Before programme launch
The operator must publish its legal identity, contact and dispute procedure, eligible jurisdictions, programme dates, fee policy and provider-approved terms. These draft terms do not open the programme for participation.
